UPTET 2026 Online Form– The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission has released the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test Notification on 20 March 2026. Candidates who want to become teachers for Primary (Class 1 to 5) and Upper Primary (Class 6 to 8) in Uttar Pradesh must qualify the UPTET Exam. This exam play a very important role for candidates preparing for teaching jobs in government schools across Uttar Pradesh.

Age Limit

UPTET 2026 Exam Pattern
UPTET exam consists to two papers, and candidates can apply for one or both depending on their eligibility. Pape 1 is for the Primary level and includes Child Development & Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics & Environmental Studies, paper 2 is for Upper Primary level and includes child Development & Pedagogy, Language I & II and either Mathematics & Science or Social Studies.
Each paper consists of 150 questions carrying 150 marks. There is no negative marking in the exam.
